- I like today's deal - how do I get it?
Just click "BUY"! As soon as the deal is activated, you will be able to see and print your Voucher(s) on your My Stuff page on MilkADeal.com. If the minimum number of people required to activate the deal is not met, the deal is off and you will receive a full refund. So be sure to share the deal with your family and friends to ensure everybody gets the deal!
- Do I need to use the Vouchers on the same day I buy it?
No. All Vouchers have a redemption period. The redemption period is stated on the conditions of each deal. Therefore, be sure to redeem your Voucher within the redemption period!
- I bought a deal - how do I redeem it?
All you have to do is to print your MAD Voucher from your My Stuff page and follow the redemption instructions on the deal Conditions. All MAD Vouchers have redemption instructions and a map on it!
- Can I buy a deal & print the Voucher as a gift for someone else?
Of course you can! Alternatively, you can use our ‘Buy as Gift' function.
- If I do not use the full value of the Voucher in one visit, can I use the balance later?
Not unless otherwise stated on the Voucher.
- Can I combine the Vouchers with other offers or specials?
No. Not unless the MAD Vouchers specifically state otherwise.
- Will my credit card be charged as soon as I click the BUY button?
Your credit card will be charged once you complete your purchase online. However, in the event your purchased deal does not meet the minimum number of people required to activate it, you will be refunded in full for your purchase.
- Is MAD safe?
You may think we are MAD when we tell you that we are running a secure business. We may be MAD but we are safe. With MOLPay as our online payment gateway, your credit card details are transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault. At no time is your credit card information compromised nor is it stored on our servers.
- Can I get a refund?
Not usually. However, we do understand that untoward circumstances do happen so we'll handle this on a case by case basis. We'll entertain you so long as you don't send a cow as your messenger; for all you know, we might MILK IT!
- Do you ever remove comments from the discussion board?
Generally, no. However, we will remove comments when someone is making personal attacks or displaying any form of animal antics that's not suitable for human consumption.
- What happens if a business closes down before I am able to redeem my MAD Voucher?
If anything like that happens, we will make sure you get your money back!

- What does it cost to feature my business on MAD? ?

- Do I incur any cost in the event the minimum number purchased is not reached?
No! If the deal is off, you do not incur any cost.
- Who prepares the write up for my products / services?
A dedicated Editor is assigned to do the exclusive write up to feature your products and services in the most professional and inviting manner. Do let us know in case you have anything in particular that you would like to highlight in the write-up. We will do our best to accommodate.
- What do you need from me?
We need your commitment to a mad deal, one that consumers cannot say no to. Secondly, some wonder-fabulous pictures that's professional looking, representative and of course one with your logo, would be nice too.
- When will I receive my payment?
We treat all our partners with utmost respect and believe in treating all parties fairly in building this win-win relationship. Therefore, we generally pay our partners every fortnight.
