About a year later, they quit their job to focus on TOM full now, the facebook page now has over 17 million likes, and sells products related to Japanese anime, manga, games, music, and fashion through its website, the Tokyo Otaku Mode Premium Shop. TOM strives to be the fastest source for delivering world-famous Japanese pop culture content around the globe. That is TOM's mission.
The founders were deeply disturbed by the culture of 'copies' that undermines earnings of those in the anime industry. Thus, through their service, they want to increase the earnings of anime with a production cost of $1 million to $2 or $3 million There is a lot of deep otaku content in Japan.
